The working principle of fully automatic screen printing machine is mainly based on the screen printing technology, through a series of automated steps to complete the printing process. Mainly rely on the following principles:

I. Basic Principle

Automatic screen printing machine using the basic principle is the screen printing plate (also known as screen printing screen) for graphics and text part of the mesh is permeable to ink, while for non-graphics and text part of the mesh is impermeable to ink. In printing, the ink is coated on one end of the screen printing plate, through the squeegee pressure and movement, so that the ink from the graphics and text part of the mesh extrusion to the substrate to complete the printing.

(1) Substrate supply:
Through the automatic feeding system, the material to be printed is accurately conveyed to the printing position, ready for printing.
(2) Screen fixing and positioning:
Use the fixing device to fix the screen template firmly and ensure the accuracy and consistency of the printing pattern by precisely calibrating its position.
(3) Ink Coating:
Ink is injected into the ink tank of the automatic screen printing machine and then automatically and evenly distributed on the screen through the ink delivery system. This process ensures the uniformity of the ink and the stability of the printing quality.
(4) Squeegeeing and printing:
The squeegee plate is located under the printing head, and when the squeegee applies a certain pressure on the inked part of the screen and moves towards the other end of the screen, the ink is evenly scraped across the screen. Due to the permeability of the mesh holes in the graphic portion of the screen printing plate, the ink is squeezed through these holes and adheres to the substrate. At the same time, due to the screen printing plate and the substrate to maintain a certain gap between the screen printing plate in the printing process through its own tension on the squeegee to produce a reaction force (rebound), so that the screen printing plate and the substrate was only moving line contact, to ensure the accuracy of printing and to avoid scuffing the substrate dirty.
(5) drying and curing:
After printing, the substrate enters the drying system. Rapid drying and curing are carried out through hot air and ultraviolet light to ensure that the ink adheres firmly to the surface of the substrate.
(6) Finished product output and inspection:
After drying, the finished products are automatically transported to the receiving area, and the printing quality is checked by the inspection system. Non-conforming products will be automatically rejected to ensure the quality of the final product.
